Immersed in nature in the Villaggio delle Mimose residence with guardian is the ideal place to relax in peace and tranquility and also the possibility of making beautiful excursions in the mountains. The house offers a large living room, a kitchen equipped with all comforts (dishwasher, oven, large refrigerator, microwave, combined gas and induction hob). In the house there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people (Total 6 people max). A bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer. In the house there is wifi internet and also air conditioning. In the garden the guest has at his disposal a playground for children from 3 to 12 years, barbecue, a bar counter, deck chairs and a very large swimming pool with diving board (15×7 m.) Surrounded by trees with depths from 1.20 meters to 2.10 meters with a relaxation area. The swimming pool and the garden are for the exclusive use of the customer (except for daily maintenance).

The location of the house is very strategic because it is located halfway between the beaches of East Sardinia (Villasimius) and West Sardinia (Chia).
